1. Where we ship

Vault withdrawals are processed within [FULFILLMENT TIME] of request. Transit time begins after pickup by the carrier.
3. Packaging
All PSA-graded cards are shipped in their original sealed cases inside a rigid mailer with bubble-wrap padding. Multiple cards may be combined into a single shipment at our discretion.
4. Insurance
All shipments are insured up to [INSURANCE LIMIT]. Cards exceeding this declared value require [SIGNATURE / ADULT SIGNATURE / ADDITIONAL INSURANCE], which may add a small fee.
5. Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days. We will file a carrier claim. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement (where the card is available) or a refund.
6. Incorrect address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be re-sent for an additional shipping fee.
7. Customs (international)
International recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.
